Short answer: Yes. replient.ai has an app for iOS and Android. Sign in with your email and password and answer comments and direct messages on the go. The app is included in every plan.
Before you start
Your account and your channels are set up in the web app at app.replient.ai. The app has no channel setup, so connect your channels there first.
You sign in to the app with the same email and password as on the web.
The Inbox tab shows direct messages. It is part of the plans that include the DM inbox (Pro and higher).
Step 1: Install the app
Open the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android) and install replient.ai.
Step 2: Sign in
Enter your Email and Password and tap Login.
If you turned on two-factor authentication, the app asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app next.
You forgot your password? Tap Forgot password?, enter your email and tap Send Reset Instructions.
You are new to replient.ai? Tap Sign Up. The sign-up opens in your browser.
đĄ Tip: The app's sign-in screen asks for an email and a password. If you normally log in with Google or Facebook, set a password first: open app.replient.ai in your browser, click Forgot password? and follow the email. Afterwards, both ways of signing in work.
What you can do in the app
The app has three tabs at the bottom: Comments, Inbox and More.
Comments
Switch between Open and Done comments and search them.
Filter by platform, tags, sentiment, date range, reply status, read status and post type.
Swipe a comment to the right to move it to Done (or back to Open). Swipe it to the left for Hide and More.
More offers like, delete, block user and Send First AI Suggestion.
Open a comment to read the full thread, reply with an AI suggestion, a reply template or your own text, regenerate suggestions, and add or remove tags.
Inbox
Read and answer your direct messages.
Mark conversations as done or move them back to open.
Translate a message, like a message, change the sentiment, add tags and save internal notes.
More
Open in the web opens the web app. Settings, automations, channel connections and billing are managed there, not in the app.

Log out signs you out of the app.
To work on another brand, switch the brand in the app. The brand list has a search field.

Same account as the web app: the app uses your existing replient.ai account and your brands.
