Short answer: Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account. Change your name, email address, password or language there. The language changes right away. For everything else, click Save. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? on the login page.
Step 1: Open your account settings
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account. The tab Account (1) shows Name, Email Address, Password and Language (2). Click Save (3) to store your changes.
Step 2: Change your password
Type the new password into the field Password. Leave it empty if you don't want to change it.
Click Save.
A password needs at least 12 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol. replient.ai rejects passwords that appeared in a data breach.
Step 3: Change your email address
Replace the address in Email Address.
Click Save.
The new address is your sign-in address right away, so check it for typos.
The address must not belong to another replient.ai account. Otherwise you see Email already in use.
If your billing email still is your old address, replient.ai updates it as well.
You can change your email or password only a few times in a row. If you see Too many email or password changes, try again later.
Step 4: Change the language
Open the dropdown Language and choose your language. replient.ai is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Romanian, Italian and Ukrainian. The app switches immediately and shows Language updated successfully. You don't need to click Save.
The language sets the language of the app and the language into which comments are translated. The AI still answers your followers in the language of their comment. See Does replient.ai work in multiple languages?
đĄ Tip: The tab Account has two more settings. Sidebar count badge behaviour chooses whether the number next to a brand shows Unread count or Open count. Default sort order sets Newest first or Oldest first for your lists. Click Save after you change them.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click Forgot password? (1).
Enter your email address (1) and click Send Reset Instructions (2).
Open the email and click the link. On the page Reset Password, enter the New Password and repeat it under Confirm New Password.
Click Reset Password. After a few seconds you land on the login page. Log in with the new password.
No email? Check your spam folder and make sure you typed the address you signed up with. If your company signs in with single sign-on (SSO), the login page sends you to the SSO sign-in instead. Your identity provider then manages your password and email.
I log in with Google or Facebook
The login page offers Login with Google and Login with Facebook next to the email and password fields. If you also want to log in with an email and a password, for example in the mobile app, click Forgot password? and set a password. Afterwards, both ways of signing in work.
Good to know
Two-factor authentication: the tab Security next to Account lets you protect your login with an authenticator app. Click Set up and scan the QR code.
Team members change their own name, email, password and language in the same place.
