Open Learning in the sidebar and click Add additional channels. You see a tile for every platform you can connect. Only the account owner (team admin) of the brand can connect channels. Follow the platform-specific instructions:
For Facebook:
Log in with your personal Facebook profile
You can grant access to the Pages that you manage via Business Manager
When granting permissions, select "All pages and future pages" to ensure all your pages are accessible. You can select later what Page you want to connect with your brand.
Make sure you have admin access to the pages you want to connect
We'll automatically detect both ad and organic posts (given you have admin access to the ad account)

For Instagram:
Click Instagram if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page (recommended). Click Instagram (organic) if it is not. A brand can have only one Instagram account.
If connecting standalone, grant all necessary permissions
You cannot manage your ad comments when connecting via "Instagram (organic)"

For TikTok:
Log in with the TikTok account you want to connect
Grant all required permissions to be able to manage your comments
To manage comments on your TikTok ads, also connect your ad accounts: open the three dots on the TikTok card in Learning and click Connect ad accounts

For LinkedIn:
Log in with your personal LinkedIn account that has admin rights to the LinkedIn company page
Grant access to all of your pages and select the organization you want to connect afterwards in replient.ai. Personal LinkedIn profiles are not supported.

For YouTube:
Sign in with the Google account that owns the channel, or that is Owner or Admin of the channel's Brand Account
Select your channel and tick all permissions on Google's consent screen

For Google Reviews:
Supports multiple business locations per brand
Location IDs are shown in the selector to help you distinguish different locations
After connecting, your most recent unanswered reviews (the latest 20 to 50) are imported, and reviews you already answered are used to learn your tone

For Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Ausgezeichnet.org:
Google Play Store: sign in with the Google account that has access to your Play Console
Apple App Store: upload an App Store Connect API key (.p8 file). See Integrating App Store Connect.
Ausgezeichnet.org: paste your API key and click Test connection
Connection tips:
Access tokens are refreshed automatically when they expire, which reduces reconnection prompts
You'll receive an email notification if the connection of a channel stops working, so you can reconnect before missing any comments (this can happen when you change your password, or when the platform expires the token for security reasons).
