Short answer: You can connect a LinkedIn company page, not a personal profile. Open Learning, click Add additional channels, choose LinkedIn and click Authorize. Log in with your personal LinkedIn account, which must be an administrator of the company page. Then select the page and click Connect now.
Before you start
Company pages only. LinkedIn doesn't give tools like replient.ai access to the comments on personal profiles. Only comments on posts of a company page are supported.
You need the administrator role on the page. You log in with your personal LinkedIn account, and LinkedIn only lets replient.ai manage the pages where you are an administrator ("Super admin" in LinkedIn's page admin center). With a lower role, such as Content admin, Curator or Analyst, your page may be missing in the list or its comments can't be managed. If your page isn't offered later, check your role first.
Only the account owner (team admin) of the brand can connect channels.
Each brand can have one LinkedIn company page.
Step 1: Open the connect dialog
In the sidebar, click Learning. Under Connected social media accounts, click Add additional channels (1).
Step 2: Choose LinkedIn
In the dialog Add more channels to your brand, click LinkedIn (1).
Step 3: Authorize
In the dialog Authorize LinkedIn, tick the box to accept the terms (1) and click Authorize (2).
LinkedIn opens. Log in with your personal account, the one that is administrator of your company page.
Allow the requested access.
Step 4: Select your company page
Back in replient.ai, the dialog Choose from your authorized accounts opens. Select your company page under Page name: and click Connect now.
If you see "We couldn't find any LinkedIn page you have authorized", LinkedIn returned no page for your login. Click the Reconnect LinkedIn button in the dialog and log in with an account that is administrator of the page.

Good to know
If you change your LinkedIn password or LinkedIn expires the access, the connection becomes inactive. A banner asks you to reconnect. Click Reconnect there, or use the three dots on the LinkedIn card in Learning.
Need to switch to another company page? Delete the LinkedIn card (three dots → Delete) and connect again. Deleting also removes the comments collected from the old page.
