Notes per platform

  • Facebook: Comments on organic and ad posts, mentions and Messenger DMs. You can also block a user (Facebook only).

  • Instagram vs. Instagram (organic): Connect Instagram through Facebook to get ad comments and likes. Instagram (organic) logs in directly with Instagram. It covers organic comments and DMs, but no ad comments and no likes. See Instagram vs. Instagram Organic Connection.

  • TikTok: Replies are limited to 150 characters per comment. Longer replies are split into two comments when possible. You can delete only the replies your own account wrote. Comments on ads need your ad accounts to be connected.

  • LinkedIn: Company pages only. Personal profiles are not supported, because LinkedIn doesn't give access to them.

  • YouTube: Comments on videos of your channel. Title and description of the video are used as context for AI suggestions. Comments on partnership videos can't be deleted.

  • Review platforms (Google Reviews, Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Ausgezeichnet.org): you read reviews and reply to them. Google Reviews allows several locations per brand. App Store and Ausgezeichnet.org connect with a key instead of a login.

  • Instagram messages and mentions: Besides comments and DMs, replient.ai receives replies to your stories, story mentions, audio messages and mentions of your account in comments. You can reply to mentions, but you can't hide them, delete them or answer them with a private message. See Will I also see mentions in posts or comments for my page?

  • Partnership ads and collab posts: comments on a creator's partnership content are managed through Influencer partners in Learning. See Manage comments on Facebook and Instagram partnership ads and co-posts.

Not supported

  • Coming soon: Threads, X (Twitter) and Snapchat. You see them greyed out under Show more → Coming soon in the connect dialog.

  • Not available: WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Pinterest, Reddit, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor.

  • Personal profiles: personal LinkedIn profiles and personal Facebook profiles. replient.ai works with company pages and Facebook Pages.

  • Direct messages on anything other than Facebook and Instagram, because TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and the review platforms don't offer them to tools like replient.ai.

Good to know

  • Each brand can have one account per platform, except Google Reviews, where you can connect several locations. To manage more accounts, create more brands.

  • If an automation action isn't available on a platform, the editor tells you and the action is skipped. The other actions still run.

  • Only the account owner (team admin) can connect channels. You do this in Learning → Add additional channels.

  • DM automations depend on your plan.
