Choose Business (from €249/month) for up to 10 brands, 4 team seats and extra analytics. Every plan includes all channels. For very large volumes there is Enterprise.

Paying yearly saves you about 8% on Lite and up to 10% on the other plans. You still get your credits every month.

What is a brand?
A brand includes one each of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, App Store Reviews, Google Play Reviews and Google Reviews. For Google Reviews you can assign any number of locations. Knowledge, tone, automations and statistics are kept separately for every brand.
Which plan fits me?
One brand, comments only: Lite.
You also get DMs, or want to run comment-to-DM campaigns: Pro. DM inbox and DM automations are not part of Lite.
Several brands, a team or an agency: Business. If you only need a few more brands or colleagues, you can also add extra brands and seats to Pro for €15 per month each.
Not sure how many credits you need? A comment costs 0.1 credit, or 1 credit with an AI reply draft. Comments that your automations finish alone stay at 0.1. 4,000 credits cover about 14,000 comments if automations handle 80% of them and the rest get an AI draft.

Change your plan, volume or billing cycle
Only the account owner can change the plan. Go to Settings → Billing and use the plans section. Pick a plan, choose a credit volume with the Monthly credits menu and switch between Monthly and Yearly. You see what changes and what it costs before you confirm.
A higher plan or more credits takes effect immediately. The price difference for the rest of the period is charged today.
A lower plan or fewer credits takes effect at the end of your billing period. Nothing is charged today.
You can switch from monthly to yearly billing yourself. To switch from yearly back to monthly, contact us in the chat.
On Pro, Business and Enterprise you can add Extra brands and Extra seats with the steppers on the plan card. Each one costs €15 per month (€162 per year). Lite does not offer extras.
Good to know
Plan credits reset every month and do not roll over. If you run out earlier, you can buy one-time credits. See How do credits work?.
