Short answer: You can try replient.ai free for 14 days. You do not need a credit card, and nothing is charged automatically. The trial starts when you create your account. After 14 days you choose a plan to continue.
What is included
The Pro features: comments inbox, DM inbox, comment and DM automations, custom instructions, custom tags and the contacts CRM.
4,000 credits for the trial period. See How do credits work?.
1 brand and all channels.
Not included in the trial: team seats and roles, link branding removal, handling-time analytics, post content analysis and sharing by email. These come with the paid plans. See Which plan is right for me?.
How long does it last?
The trial lasts 14 days from the day you create your account. It does not start later when you connect your first channel. In the second week, a bar at the top of the app shows the date your trial ends and an Upgrade now button.
What happens when the trial ends
We do not charge you. The trial is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
The app is locked until you choose a plan. Your existing comments are saved.
To continue, go to Settings → Billing, choose a plan and subscribe. You enter your payment details at that point, and billing starts from there.
There is no free plan after the trial.
Can I extend the trial?
If your trial has expired and you have never had a subscription, a window Free trial expired offers you to extend it by another 14 days. Click Extend trial now. You can do this once per account.
⚠️ Important: The extension runs through a secure checkout page where you enter a payment method. The 14 extra days are free. After them, the Pro plan (monthly) starts and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the 14 days end.
If you do not see the window or have questions about your trial, contact us in the chat.
Good to know
Credits are used during the trial like on any plan. If they run out, processing pauses.
One-time credit packs are only available once you have a paid subscription.
If you had a paid subscription before and it ended, you do not get a new trial.
