Short answer: A brand is one workspace in replient.ai. It holds its own connected channels, its own training and tone of voice, its own automations and its own team access. To add one, click the brand name at the top of the sidebar and choose Add new brand. How many brands you can have depends on your plan.
What a brand is
Create one brand for each business, client or creator account you manage. Everything below is kept separate for each brand, so the AI never mixes learnings between brands:
Channels: your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the other connected accounts.
Training and tone: your websites, files, custom instructions and the replies replient.ai learns from.
Automations and tags: every comment and DM automation, and every tag, belongs to one brand.
Team access: when you invite a teammate, you choose which brands they can open.
⚠️ Important: A brand holds one channel per platform, for example one Instagram account and one Facebook page. Google Reviews is the exception. For a second Instagram account you need a second brand. A channel can also only be connected to one brand at a time.
Before you start
The number of brands is part of your plan:
Plan | Brands included |
Free trial | 1 |
Lite | 1 |
Pro | 4 |
Business | 10 |
Need more brands? On Pro and Business, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Billing and use One brand more. Each extra brand costs €15 per month (€162 per year), plus VAT. On Lite, change to a bigger plan.
Who can add brands? Only the account owner. Invited team members don't see Add new brand or Manage brands.
Subscription inactive? You can't add a brand until your billing is updated.
Step 1: Open the brand menu
Click the brand name at the top of the sidebar (1). In the list, click Add new brand (2).
Step 2: Name your brand
Enter the Brand name (1). The name is part of the web address of the brand in the app.
Under What describes you best? (2), choose Brand or Influencer. This changes the tone in which replient.ai answers your comments.
Click Create brand (3).
You can rename the brand later. If you see You have reached the limit of brands, your plan has no free brand left. See "Before you start" above.
Step 3: Connect your channels
After you create the brand, replient.ai takes you to the step where you connect its channels. Only the account owner can connect channels. Details: How do I connect a new platform?
Switch between brands
Click the brand name at the top of the sidebar and pick another brand. From 11 brands on, the list has a search field.
Rename a brand
Open the brand and click Learning in the sidebar.
Click the pencil (1) next to Brand:, type the new name and press Enter.
You need the permission Manage learning for the brand. The web address of the brand changes with its name, so update bookmarks. On the same page you can switch between Brand and Influencer.
Reorder or review your brands
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Manage brands. The page Add/Remove Brands lists all your brands with their channels (1). Drag the handle (2) to change the order. Click the plus icon (3) to add a brand. The three dots (4) offer Edit, which opens the brand's Learning page, and Delete.
Delete a brand
Only the account owner can delete a brand. Deleting is permanent and removes the brand's data. Read How do I delete my account or my data? first. A deleted brand frees its place in your plan once the deletion has finished in the background.
Copy an automation to another brand
You can reuse an automation in your other brands instead of building it again.
Open Automations and choose Comment Automations or DM Automations.
Hover over the automation and click the stacked-layers icon (tooltip Duplicate).
Click Copy to another brand.
In Copy to other brands, tick one or more brands and click Copy.
You need the permission Manage automations in both brands.
The copy keeps the name and the settings of the original.
Links and surveys used by the automation are copied to the other brand as well.
If the automation only applies to specific posts, the post selection is removed, because the posts belong to the other brand's accounts. The copy is switched off until you choose posts of that brand.
A DM automation that triggers another automation: copy the second automation first, then copy this one and pick it again.
