Short answer: Open Learning, click Add additional channels, choose Google Reviews and click Authorize. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile, pick a location and click Connect now. You can connect several locations to the same brand: repeat the steps for each one.
Before you start
Use the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile. replient.ai only sees the locations that this account can manage.
Only the account owner (team admin) of the brand can connect channels.
A location can only be connected to one brand at a time.
Step 1: Open the connect dialog
In the sidebar, click Learning. Under Connected social media accounts, click Add additional channels (1).
Step 2: Choose Google Reviews
In the dialog Add more channels to your brand, click Google Reviews (1).
Step 3: Authorize
In the dialog Authorize Google Reviews, tick the box to accept the terms (1) and click Authorize (2).
Google opens. Sign in and allow access to your business profile.
Step 4: Select a location
Back in replient.ai, the dialog Choose from your authorized accounts opens. Open the dropdown under Page name:. Your locations are grouped by Google account. Below each location name you see its location ID in brackets, which helps if several locations have similar names.
Select a location and click Connect now. replient.ai imports your recent reviews. Answered reviews help the AI learn your tone, unanswered ones appear as open.
Connect more locations
Google Reviews is the one channel where a brand can have several accounts. The Google Reviews tile stays clickable after your first connection. Click it again, select the next location in the dialog Choose from your authorized accounts (locations you already connected are no longer listed) and click Connect now. Every connected location appears as its own card in Learning.
All other channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) allow one account per brand.

"Google Reviews notifications disconnected"
You may see a banner with the title Google Reviews notifications disconnected. It says: "Another tool has taken over review notifications for this Google account, so new reviews may stop appearing."
Why this happens: Google lets a Google account send review notifications to only one service at a time. If you connect the same Google account to another review tool, that tool takes over the notifications and replient.ai stops receiving them. replient.ai checks this once a day.
How to fix it: click Resubscribe in the banner. You see the message "Resubscribed to Google Reviews notifications" when it worked. Only the account owner can do this.
⚠️ Important:Resubscribe takes the notifications back from the other tool. If you still use that tool on purpose, it will stop receiving new reviews. replient.ai never does this automatically.
