replient.ai offers two main ways to organize and manage your incoming comments: Comments View and Post View. Each serves a different purpose and helps you work more efficiently depending on your workflow.

Comments View (Default)

Comments View displays all your comments in a chronological feed, showing the most recent activity first - similar to an inbox.

When performing any action on a comment it automatically moves the comment to done and the next comment will be auto-selected. You can override this behaviour in the learning tab to configure that comments stay in open tab.

When to use Comments View:

  • Daily monitoring - Check all new comments across all platforms in one place

  • Mixed content - When you're managing multiple posts and want to see everything together

  • Real-time response - Quickly tackle the newest comments as they arrive

  • Cross-post monitoring - See comments from different posts, platforms, and brands in a unified feed

How Comments View works:

Comments appear in a single stream, organized by time. You'll see:

  • The comment text

  • Who posted it

  • Which post it's on (with context)

  • Which platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Reviews)

  • Whether it's from an ad or organic post

  • Sentiment tags and any custom tags

  • AI reply suggestions (3 per comment)

You can filter this view by platform, sentiment, date range, tags, and more—making it easy to focus on specific types of comments without losing the chronological flow.

Best for:

✅ General daily comment management
✅ Responding to new activity as it happens
✅ Filtering specific types of comments (e.g., "show me all negative comments from Facebook ads this week")
✅ Teams working through a shared inbox

Post View

Post View groups all comments by the post they belong to, giving you a bird's-eye view of engagement on each piece of content.

When to use Post View:

  • High-volume posts - When one post has hundreds of comments, Post View helps you tackle them systematically

  • Contest management - Easily review all entries on a contest post in one place

  • Campaign analysis - See how a specific ad or campaign is performing based on comment sentiment and volume

  • Content performance - Identify which posts are driving the most engagement

  • Contextual responses - When you need to understand the full conversation thread around a specific post

How Post View works:

Posts are displayed as cards or rows, showing:

  • The post content (image/video preview, caption)

  • Total number of comments

  • Platform and post type (ad vs. organic)

  • Comment sentiment breakdown

  • All comments nested under each post

You can expand a post to see all its comments together, making it easy to:

  • Respond to multiple comments on the same topic without repeating yourself

  • See patterns in questions or feedback

  • Handle bulk moderation (hide spam, like positive comments, etc.)

Best for:

✅ Managing viral posts or high-engagement campaigns

✅ Contest entries and winner selection

✅ Analyzing performance of specific ads or content

✅ Reviewing all feedback on a particular post

✅ Moderating high-volume comment threads

Pro Tips

In Comments View:

  • Use filters to focus on specific platforms, sentiment, or date ranges

  • Apply bulk actions to filtered comments for efficient moderation

  • Filters persist in the URL, so you can bookmark or share specific filtered views with teammates

In Post View:

  • Check the Analytics Dashboard to see "Top Posts" by engagement

  • Use this view to identify which ads or content to double down on

  • Perfect for reply handling in high-volume posts—the interface now opens a ready-to-use input field instantly without waiting for AI generation

Switching between views: You can easily toggle between Comments View and Post View from the main navigation. Your filters and preferences are saved, so you can jump back and forth without losing your place.

Both views support the same actions and actions and open/done status are synced between the views:

✅ AI reply suggestions (3 per comment)

✅ Comment templates for quick responses

✅ Filtering by platform, sentiment, tags, and more

✅ Activity protocol to see what actions were taken

✅ Deep links to open comments on the native platform
