The Analytics Dashboard gives you comprehensive insights into your comment management:

Overview Metrics:

  • Date range selector (default: last 30 days)

  • Total comments per day (visual graph)

  • Comment volume trends

Moderation Performance:

  • Answer rate, like rate, hide rate, delete rate

  • Switch between Moderation Date (when you took action) vs Comment Date (when it was posted)

  • Helps audit response times and team performance

Response Time Analytics:

  • Average response time (team + AI combined)

  • Daily breakdowns showing performance trends

  • Time saved by using Replient (calculated based on manual vs AI-assisted response times)

Sentiment Analysis:

  • Negative, neutral, and positive comment breakdown

  • Sentiment trends by day

  • Visual distribution charts

Tags & Topics:

  • See which custom tags are used most

  • Identify common themes in customer feedback

  • Topic categorization for better insights

Top Posts Analysis:

  • Posts with the most new comments

  • Per-post sentiment breakdown
