Automations help you handle repetitive tasks and ensure consistency. Every new comment of your brand is checked against your automations. You decide with conditions (IF) which comments an automation reacts to and with actions (THEN) what happens.
Available Conditions (IF):
Post caption contains specific text
(great for ads, since caption doesn't change when you edit)Specific Post ID

Sentiment type (positive, negative, neutral)

Username (trigger on specific users)
Post type: ad, organic, mention, live video or partnership post
Platform, comment language, comment hierarchy (top-level comment or reply) and review rating
Advanced REGEX matching for flexible text patterns in comments
Time Delay:
You can choose between instant, random (1-10 minutes), and fixed time delays (1 to 30 minutes or a custom time up to 24 hours) to perform the action. We suggest using "random".
Available Actions:
Auto-reply with pre-written messages or the AI suggestion
Send private message (simple DM automation, Facebook and Instagram)
Send email notification to specific addresses
Send webhook notification to your own system
Hide, like, or delete comments (depending on the platform)
Block user (Facebook only)
Add or remove a tag on the comment
