Do automations use my comment credits?

It depends on the automation:

Credit-saving automations:

For automations like "Post caption contains โ†’ move to done" or "Ad/organic โ†’ move to done", sentiment analysis is skipped, saving you AI credits. This is perfect for filtering out noise without wasting credits.

For example: You can ignore a contest post this way without spending too much of your limit on "unnecesary" comments. But as ever we suggest: Every comment deserves an answer ๐Ÿ˜‰

Important: the credit-saving automations need to be on position on the top, because they need to trigger first.

Regular automations:

Automations that analyze sentiment or generate AI suggestions will use credits as normal. You can check the Done-Folder (if a comment has tags it is counted towards your billing)
