It is very simple to "ignore" some comments in replient.ai and save credits when you do not need them.
When is a comment credit consumed?
A credit is always one incoming comment, where AI did sentiment & tagging analysis for you. Whenever a comment was not "Moved to done" via automations it counts towards your limit.
How to exclude comments from the limit:
Create an automation and move it to the very first position.
The Automation Action needs to be "Move to done" only.
The Trigger can be: "Post Caption contains", "Post Type is" or "Post ID is"
When this automation is set up you safe AI credits. This is perfect for filtering out noise without wasting credits.
For example: You can ignore a contest post this way without spending too much of your limit on "unnecesary" comments. But as ever we suggest: Every comment deserves an answer 😉
Important: the credit-saving automations need to be on position on the top, because they need to trigger first.
