Navigate to the Learning tab in your brand settings. You'll see connection options for all available platforms. Follow the platform-specific instructions:

For Facebook:

  • Log in with your personal Facebook Profile

  • You can Grant Access to your Pages, that you manage via Business Manager

  • When granting permissions, select "All pages and future pages" to ensure all your pages are accessible. You can select later what Page you want to connect with your brand.

  • Make sure you have admin access to the pages you want to connect

  • We'll automatically detect both ad and organic posts (given you have admin access to the Ad account)

For Instagram:

  • Can be connected with or without Facebook (Connecting with Facebook is highly recommended)

  • If connecting standalone, grant all necessary permissions

  • You cannot manage your Ad Comments when connecting via "Instagram (organic)"

For TikTok:

  • Please Login with your TikTok Account you want to connect

  • Grant all required Permissions to be able to manage your comments

For Linkedin:

  • Please Login with your Personal LinkedIn account, where you have admin rights to the Linkedin Organization Page

  • Grant access to all of your pages and select the Organization you want to connect afterwards in the replient.ai Application.

For Google Reviews:

  • Supports multiple business locations per brand

  • Location IDs are shown in the selector to help you distinguish different locations

  • All unanswered reviews are automatically pulled in after connection

Connection Tips:

  • Access tokens are now automatically refreshed when they expire, reducing unnecessary reconnection prompts

  • You'll receive an email notification if your API token expires, so you can reconnect before missing any comments (This might happen when you change your password, or the Platform expires it due to security concerns)
