What if the replient.ai isn't quite right?

Written by Thomas Danninger

You have full control:

  • Edit before sending: Click the Edit button on any suggestion to modify it before posting. The AI learns from your edits to improve future suggestions.

  • Create new suggestions: Click the circular arrow below the suggestions to create a new set. This is free of charge and works up to 15 suggestions per comment.

  • Use Comment Templates: Access pre-written templates by clicking Edit on a suggestion, then clicking the template icon next to the emoji picker. You can also type / in the reply box to open your templates. You can create templates organized by categories for different situations.

  • Write from scratch: Click Edit on a suggestion, replace the text and write your own reply. The AI will still learn from what you write.

  • Give the AI rules: Add short Custom instructions on the Learning page (included in Pro and higher plans). See How do I control the AI's tone, language and style?

  • Change sentiment manually: If the AI misclassified a comment's sentiment, you can manually change it in the details panel of the comment. All changes are tracked in the Activity Protocol.

  • Change tags description: If replient.ai is tagging your comments wrong, head over to the Learning page to adjust your tags description. Click on the pen symbol to adjust the description of a tag (use the description like a prompt). Editing tags is available from the Pro plan. See How do comment tags work?
