Short answer: Open Billing and click Invoices or Payment methods in the Your subscription card. Both open the secure billing portal in a new tab. There you can download invoices, update your card, and edit your name, email, billing address and VAT ID.
Before you start
Only the account owner can open the billing portal. Team members see a note with the owner's email address.
This applies to subscriptions billed by us. If you subscribed through Apple, Apple handles payment and invoices.
If you have never subscribed to a paid plan, there is no billing profile yet and no invoices to show.
Step 1: Open the billing portal
Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then click Billing.
In the Your subscription card, click Invoices or Payment methods. Payment methods also shows the card on file, for example the brand and the last four digits.
The portal opens in a new tab. If it does not open, allow pop-ups for replient.ai and try again.
Step 2: Change what you need
Download invoices: open your invoice history and download the invoice you need.
Change your payment method: add or replace the card on file.
Change company name, billing address or email: edit your billing details.
Add or change your VAT ID: edit the tax ID field in your billing details. The portal is run by our payment provider, so the exact labels can differ.
đĄ Tip: Update your details before your next invoice is created. For an invoice that was already issued, contact us in the chat.
Taxes and VAT
All prices on replient.ai exclude VAT.
VAT is calculated automatically from your billing address. No VAT is added when you are outside the EU or when reverse charge applies to your business.
When you change your plan, the confirmation window shows the net amount, the VAT and the total.
On your first subscription, the checkout page asks for your billing address and lets you enter a VAT ID.
Payment methods and currency
You pay by card. The checkout for subscriptions accepts cards only.
On the Enterprise plan, payment by invoice is possible. Contact us in the chat to set it up.
Prices are in euros.
My payment failed
If a renewal cannot be charged, you see a red Payment failed message. The Your subscription card shows the badge Payment failed.
Click Update payment method and add a working card in the portal.
Click View invoice to open the unpaid invoice and pay it.
You have five days after the failed renewal. After that the app is locked with the message Subscription Payment Overdue until you fix the payment.
If you cannot see these buttons, you are probably a team member. The message then asks you to contact the account owner.
If you use the automatic credit top-up, it charges the card on file. After three failed attempts in a row it switches itself off. Turn it back on once your card works again.
