Yes! Replient works on both Facebook ads and organic posts.
The system has improved ad detection algorithms that identify ad posts with high reliability. Every comment now displays whether it's under an "ad or organic post" label, giving you important context at a glance.
Finding Post IDs for ads:
Each comment now has a copy button next to it for easy Post ID extraction
You can also view the Post ID in the comments tab
For automation setup, use "Post caption contains" as a trigger (see our helpdocs for Automations)
Important note: The Post ID changes every time you edit an ad, so automation triggers based on Post ID will need updating if you modify the ad.
