Can I customize how comments move to "Done"?
Yes! You have control over automatic status changes:
Settings available on the Learning page (General settings for this brand):
Move comments automatically to done, if they were answered or liked - switch it off for full manual control
Move DMs automatically to done, if they were answered or liked - same control for messages (available with the DM inbox)
"Move to Open" action available in automations for re-engaging with comments
Auto-move behavior:
Conversations answered outside of replient.ai only move to "Done" when the auto-move switch is on
With the switch off, you move comments and messages to "Done" yourself

Yes! On the Learning page, switch off Move comments automatically to done, if they were answered or liked. The system then no longer jumps automatically to the next comment after you send a reply, and the comment stays in the Open tab. This gives you more control over your workflow pace.

Yes! On the Learning page there is a setting Enable link tracking for the links sent in DMs. Switch it off if you want to use your own tracking links.
