Yes! You have control over automatic status changes:
Settings available in the Learning Tab:
Disable automatic moving of comments to "Done" - gives you full manual control
Disable automatic moving of DMs to "Done" - same control for messages
"Move to Open" action available in automations for re-engaging with comments
Auto-move behavior:
Conversations answered outside of replient.ai now correctly move to "Done" even if auto-move is disabled
Prevents your inbox from showing comments you already handled elsewhere

Yes! In the Learning tab, you can disable auto-complete so the system no longer forces automatic jumping to the next comment after you send a reply. This gives you more control over your workflow pace.
