What are Comment Templates?
Comment Templates let you save and reuse common responses, dramatically speeding up your workflow.
How to use:
Click "edit" on any AI suggestion (or create a new reply)
Click the comment template icon next to the emoji picker
Browse your templates organized by categories
Click a template to prefill it in the reply box
Adjust as needed before sending
Template features:
Create multiple categories (Customer Service, Contest Entries, Shipping, etc.)
Store unlimited templates per category
Switch between comment templates and message templates in one interface
Templates can be sorted, renamed, and re-categorized
Quick access from any reply context
Best practices:
Create templates for FAQs
Include placeholders for personalization (e.g.,{{username}})
Keep them friendly and on-brand
Update based on seasonal campaigns or new products
