Unfortunately, Instagram comments containing GIFs may appear empty in replient.ai. This is because GIFs via Instagram are not supported by Instagram's API- a platform limitation outside of Replient's control.

"This content type cannot be viewed inside of external applications due to policies. Please check the comment directly on the Instagram platform."
