The Activity Protocol can be found for every single comment and message and gives you complete transparency into what happened with each comment.

Logged activities include:

  • Which automation was triggered (with automation name and ID)

  • Manual actions taken by team members

  • Sent private messages (now visible in conversation threads)

  • Manual sentiment changes

  • Comment status changes

  • AI suggestions sent

  • Timestamps and user attribution

  • External actions (hidden/answered directly via the Platform)

Why it's useful:

  • Audit response workflows

  • Identify automation improvements

  • Track team member contributions

  • Troubleshoot issues

  • Understand why a comment was handled a certain way

How can I check which automation answered my comment?

Just click the "Show Activities" button on the comment in the done-Folder to find the automation that answered. You can click the ID to head over to the automation.
