Uploading a file with Qestion / Answer format works best. Do not upload generic tone-of-voice guides. Use our custom instructions feature for brand guidelines.
2. Custom Instructions
Available in Pro and Enterprise Plans.
Provide written guidelines for how the AI should respond. For example:
Always use a friendly, casual tone
Never promise refunds in comments (direct to DM instead)
Never use Emojis
Include product links when relevant
3. Automatic Learning
The AI learns from every reply you send or edit. No setup required - it happens automatically as you work.
Important: replient.ai never learns from comment answers that were sent via automations (ensuring AI is not learning from itself)
